About PKLV
PKLV is a small, unscaled collection of one-bedroom apartments in Rosebank, Sandton & Menlyn Maine. No call centre, no franchise, no anonymous management company just eight apartments, run by the people who own them, each one finished and furnished to the same standard.
Why eight, and why these three locations
Every PKLV apartment was chosen, not just acquired. Rosebank, Sandton & Menlyn Maine are the three parts of Gauteng where a guest can walk to dinner, take a train instead of a taxi, and reach OR Tambo International without touching a highway.
We would rather do eight apartments well in three neighbourhoods than a hundred apartments unevenly across the city. Each one carries the same non-negotiables backup power and water, secure buildings, self check-in, uncapped fibre and then a personality of its own, built around the building it sits in and the guest it suits best
