One Rosebank I is the newest apartment in the collection and the one we would put a first-time visitor in.
It is open-plan, generously windowed and finished with the kind of detail that only shows itself over a few days: a deep sofa, a 55-inch smart TV loaded with the streaming services you already pay for, a queen bed with linen that has been chosen rather than bought by the metre, and a walk-in shower with proper amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped, from the oven to the cookware, for the guests who would rather cook than book. The dining table works as a desk. The washer and dryer are in the apartment, which is what makes a two-week stay feel like living rather than visiting. And there is a balcony, which is the part guests actually remember.
Backup power. Backup water.
This building has both. Not a generator for the corridors, but backup power and backup water for the apartment. In Johannesburg, that is not a feature. It is the whole point.
The location
One Rosebank puts Rosebank Mall and The Zone within easy reach and the Gautrain station within a short walk, which connects you to Sandton in minutes and OR Tambo International without touching the M1.
